Geographic Area - The geographic area that JACC will target is bounded on the south by Division Street, on the east by North Main Street, on the north by Maryland Street from North Main Street to Oakley Street and by Columbia Street from Oakley Street to 1st Avenue, and on the west by Oakley Street from Maryland Street to Columbia Street and by 1st Avenue from Columbia Street to Division Street, with the further understanding than any residents, businesses, religious congregations, or other organizations whose property is on the opposite side of any of the boundary street from the target area shall also be considered to be within the target area.
